As a social media management company, we try many social media marketing tools. Here is our honest Agorapulse review.
One of which is Agorapulse, a tool that receives rave reviews from its users. So we spun up a free trial to see what all the fuss is about. Unfortunately, we may have missed the boat on AP.
It feels like it over promises and under-delivered. This was one of the first times I got the free trial and didn’t like the tool enough to buy.
What I think is missing, the website says it will give you one place for all your notifications. But it gives you one place for each social account. Meaning you have to switch to each account to see your notifications.
I wish it was one inbox for all accounts. But no. Also, why not combine all the analytics for all social accounts in one place? They are separate reports per account and there is no way to combine reports. Maybe it would work well if you only do 1 account at a time for clients. But doesn’t it defeat the purpose of a tool that is supposed to help with all accounts?
For scheduling, I’m sticking with MeetEdgar. Still looking for a better reporting tool though.
